1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login. You must be at least 16 years old or have consent where required. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.

2. Purchases and refunds

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply. Refunds are granted within 14 days if you have consumed less than 25% of a course. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.

3. License to content

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for 12 months per purchase. You may download checklists for personal use.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not share your login or redistribute course materials publicly.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or disrupt our services.
• Respect safety guidelines; you are responsible for your own on-site decisions.

5. Intellectual property

All content, including text, diagrams, and brand elements of Draftra RoofCare Institute, is protected. Trademarks and logos may not be used without permission.

6. Safety disclaimer

Roof work involves risk. Our courses provide educational guidance; we do not guarantee any repair result. Follow local codes and consult licensed professionals for structural issues.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Draftra RoofCare Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or on-site notices.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, binding arbitration in San Francisco County, except where prohibited by law.
